Overview

ContainerTrends.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our site to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on ContainerTrends.com infringes upon a copyright that you own or control, please submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information to our designated agent:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
3. Identification of the material on ContainerTrends.com that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it (e.g., a URL).
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Designated DMCA Agent

We recommend submitting notices via email for fastest processing. We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 5–10 business days.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

ContainerTrends.com will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users or contributors who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

False Claims

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
